This was Common Connections Foundation's sophomore year producing the Southside Community Holiday Jamboree at South Shore UMC! This community holiday event epitomizes how Common Connections Foundation works in its mission to connect, unite, uplift and serve. By making the connection with organizations and individuals that value unity, collectively we were able to uplift and serve the children and families in our community with peace, positive community spirit, holiday cheer and fun. When we come together for the good of one another, hope is given and progress is made. |

Community Resource Fair 2018
Common Connections Foundation made the connection with the 003rd District's 71st Street Community Building Strategy Team! We are proud to be a part of this dynamic group of community advocates working together to address community residents' needs. On Friday October 26, 2018, the 71st Street Community Strategy Team hosted a Community Resource Fair on 70th & Jeffery in Bryn Mawr Community Church's parking lot. Several service providers were present to engage with and assist our community residents. Felicitations on a job well done!
