Common Connections Foundation is rooted in love, acceptance and service of others. The basis of our work is derived from faith, benevolence and social justice to address the needs of underserved youth, families and individuals. Our work is a call to unite based on common experiences, interests, needs and above all a passion to promote the goodness and kindness of humanity across communities. Common Connections Foundation was founded in December of 2018 and began actively serving the community in the spring of 2017.

Common Connections Foundation consists of five board members whom serve primarily in an advisory capacity.
Our 2021-2024 strategic plan includes board recruitment, transitions, and development of an advisory board, auxiliary board and ambassadors. As we continue to advance in our mission, we look forward to sharing our progress and welcoming community minded individuals aligned with our organizational values to potentially join us.
